We will be using the most recent edition of the textbook published by Walt Huber's Educational Textbook Company, Inc.
COSTS: $79.00 per course with exception of Computer Applications in Real Estate. Textbooks are included in the cost of each course. There will be an additional shipping and handling fee. Single Course is shipped by Priority Mail or DHL.
REFUND POLICY: Money-back guarantee if returned unused within 7 days from enrollment date, less $25.00 per course restocking fee and any shipping charges if applicable.
CREDIT POLICY: Cash, checks and most major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Over drafts subject to a $39.00 fee and any other bank charges as applicable.
DRE EXAMINATION AND LICENSE INFORMATION: Students may go to the DRE website www.dre.ca.gov to learn the most recent examination and license information. Select from the menu "Examinees" for examination information or "Licensees" for license information. Registering on eLicensing will give the student access to their account information as well as making or requesting changes once they pass the state exam.
COURSE CONTENT / TIME LIMITS: Each home-study course consists of spending a minimum of 45 hours reading and studying the course textbook, taking the chapter review quizzes and passing a final examination. The quizzes will not be graded because the answers are located in the textbooks. The final examination can be taken a minimum of 18 days from the date the student has had access to the course materials. No two courses can be completed in less than five weeks. Students must spend a minimum of 2 ½ weeks studying each course. The maximum time students have to complete a course is one year from the date of registration. If students fail the final examination, they can re-take the final examination after reading and studying course material for 18 days at no addition fee.
FINAL EXAMINATIONS: Test Sessions are Monday-Friday 9:30 am or 1:30 pm. The final exam is open-book and consists of 100 multiple choices questions. Students are allowed three hours to complete the final exam, and need to score a minimum of 60% to pass. Students may use a non-programmable calculator that does not have printing capability. Students will take the final exam at A RELINKco Real Estate School or at one of the branch offices of our company. When students have met the minimum 18 day time requirement for studying the course materials, they may contact A RELINKco Real Estate School and request a convenient date and time for the final exam. Students should be prepared to submit a government issued picture ID to the exam proctor. The final exam will be supervised by one our employees. Under no circumstances shall the final exam be furnished directly to the students.
COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATES / RECORDS: Course completion certificates will be issued within 5 days of passing the final examination. Records of course completion certificates will be maintained indefinitely to allow students to receive a duplicate certificate if needed.

EVALUATION: The DRE has a course and instructor evaluation available on their website at secure.dre.ca.gov/pdf/re318A.pdf.
DISCLOSURE STATEMENT: Private providers of pre-license statutory real estate courses must obtain course approval from the Department of Real Estate (DRE). As part of the approval process, the DRE reviews the course materials only. The DRE does not qualify the school or course provider. In addition, there is no regulatory oversight of private pre-license course providers who offer courses or programs costing $500 or less. For courses or programs over $500, qualification by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education is required, in addition to DRE course approval. As a result, if a course provider offering a course costing $500 or less fails to deliver the educational course/program as requested, a student?s monetary remedy is to seek redress In Small Claims Court. Students are cautioned to fully understand the education course/program offered by the provider before enrolling or registering. A list of pre-license statutory courses approved by the DRE can be found on the DRE Website at www.dre.ca.gov under DRE Records.
