The RELINKco Real Estate School is Accredited by the California Department of Real Estate. We provide a full curriculum of Pre-License Statutory College level Correspondence courses (Principles, Practice, Finance, Economics, Escrow, Legal Aspects, Property Management, Mortgage Brokering and Lending, and Appraisal) to qualify for the California Real Estate Agent or Brokers State Exam. Study in your time frame. No class attendence.

Each course will take 2-1/2 weeks to complete before qualifying for a Final Open Book Exam. Certificates of completion will be issued to the students upon passing each exam. Typical time frame is 8 weeks for completing the Salesperson 3 course requirement in order to request a test date from the DRE- Department of Real Estate (the required DRE Forms will be provided to our students).

Course Exam Sessions are on Selected Fridays, Morning Session 9:30-12:30pm and Afternoon Session 1:30-4:30pm
